Vintage catchers' mitt - restored and relaced

This is a beautiful JC Higgins buckle back pro model catchers' mitt. The most interesting feature of this glove is the buckle connecting the thumb to the rest of the glove - most catchers' mitts of the time are connected by lacing, this feature is interesting and makes it very solid. I've completely relaced, cleaned, and re-oiled the glove, it looks great. The only defect is that the label has worn off, as you can see in the pictures. I'm proud of the refurbishment of this one this was one of the first significant jobs I took on and it looks good.
